Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Circlist handles account, submission, and public community information during the MVP stage.
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Information We Collect
- Sign-in email, basic account profile, and authentication cookies used to keep you signed in.
- Community names, descriptions, links, QR codes, region, language, rules, claims, reports, and review notes you submit.
- Basic logs generated by the hosting provider, Supabase, or security tooling when public pages are accessed.
How We Use Information
- To support sign-in, review communities, maintain the public directory, and process claims or reports.
- Approved community information may be displayed publicly. Pending or rejected submissions are not listed publicly.
- Sign-in emails are sent through Supabase's default email service or a configured Resend/SMTP channel.
QR Codes and Group Links
- Submitters should only upload QR codes or links they are allowed to share.
- QR codes may expire or become invalid, and Circlist may adjust visibility based on reports, reviews, or maintenance status.
- Do not submit images containing private personal data, payment proof, admin credentials, or non-public invite information.
Retention and Removal
- We retain account, submission, review, and report records as needed to operate the service.
- To request removal of submitted content or account-related information, contact the project maintainer through the available support channel.
